First, the correction that matters most: this listing isn't a gym. Google files CutNCurve as a store, manufacturer and wholesaler, the website is a retail shop, and not one review mentions training, equipment, or a workout. It sells decorative and religious statues, shipped to buyers. So if you landed here expecting a fitness venue, that's a mislabeled directory entry, not a place you can go and exercise. What follows is a consumer read of the reviews, because that's the only real content here.

What buyers are actually disputing

Three of the recent reviews are 1-star, and they cluster around the same complaint: items arriving broken or below the quality promised. An April 2025 buyer describes a statue with "alignment issues, marks, and noticeable finishing flaws," and says support declined to acknowledge a problem after being sent an unboxing video and photos. A January 2026 buyer wrote that an item "was delivered broken" and that they were eventually asked to pay extra for a replacement. An October 2025 buyer goes much further, alleging misrepresented materials and deliberate deception, with a long list of claimed evidence.

I'm going to be careful here, and you should be too. That October 2025 review makes heavy accusations, including fraud and fake positive reviews. I can't verify any of it, and I won't repeat it as fact or name the individuals it points at. What I can tell you is the shape: multiple independent buyers, months apart, report the same two things, breakage in transit and a support process that resisted a straightforward remedy. That repetition is the signal worth weighing.

The other side, and why the average sits where it does

The listing shows 4.4 across 28 ratings, which sounds reassuring until you read the text. The positive reviews that carry words are short and generic, a June 2025 5-star ("beautiful and elegant... highly recommended") and a January 2026 5-star ("Excellent work good quality"). Neither describes a specific product, a shipping experience, or a resolved problem. The detailed reviews are the negative ones. When the glowing ratings are vague and the critical ones are specific, the specific accounts usually tell you more. The owner has also replied to reviews disputing the complaints, so there's a genuine two-sided disagreement on record, not a settled verdict.

What's missing

No review confirms a return or refund policy that actually worked. Nobody quotes prices or shipping times that held. There's no independent confirmation of the material claims either way. Those are the exact questions to settle in writing before you pay: get the material, dimensions, breakage policy, and refund terms confirmed by message, so you have a record.

Who it's not for

If you need a fragile item to arrive perfect and a fast, no-argument replacement if it doesn't, several 2025 and 2026 buyers say that expectation wasn't met for them. And if you came looking for a gym, this simply isn't one.

FAQ

Is CutNCurve a gym?

No. It's a store and manufacturer of decorative and religious statues, not a fitness facility.

What do negative reviews complain about?

Three buyers across 2025 and 2026 report items arriving broken or below the promised quality, plus difficulty getting a remedy.

Are the material claims verified?

No. One buyer disputes them and the owner disputes that buyer. None of it is independently confirmed, so get material details in writing before purchase.

Bad experience from start to finish. The item was delivered broken, and customer service was extremely dismissive. Instead of offering a clear solution, they kept changing their stance and finally asked us to pay extra for a replacement. Communication from their representative, Amit, was frustrating and unhelpful. This seller lacks professionalism and accountability. Not recommended at all.

UPDATE after owner’s reply: I read the owner’s response, but it clearly seems copied from CHAT GPT and not genuine. She never accepted the mistake on call and messaging and always has a bad intension to other competitors. The explanation given is false and does not match what I experienced. I have all proof, and I stand by every word of my review. EDITED REVIEW AFTER FAKE APOLOGY – CONTINUED CHEATING BY SELLER This is NOT a genuine apology, it's just a copy paste ChatGPT style scripted reply, not written from the heart. The seller has not shown any real regret or responsibility. I and many of my friends were initially ignored and blamed, and only after I warned about complaints on google and other online platforms (with evidences) did, they respond with this pre-written, cold message immediately. Let me make it clear: This company is fooling customers with fake listings, edited product images, and misleading material claims. What I received was: • Broken and poorly crafted murti • Distorted painting, scattered colors, sloppy finish • Claimed to be made of marble or marble dust but actually made of low-quality resin filled with garbage- soil, stones and mud, just to add the weight The seller did not accept her mistake when first contacted by anybody. Instead, the lady owner spoke arrogantly and refused to resolve anything, until I and many others mentioned a complaint type of action. Then they changed their tone. This is not just financial cheating, it’s spiritual betrayal. How dare anyone fill sacred idols with garbage just to fool people? I have clear proof: • Photos of broken and fake products • WhatsApp chats, emails, and call recordings • Evidence of bribe attempts to stop complaints • Many transactions from multiple websites where customers were cheated To make it worse, after I posted my complaint, this seller started to reply of fake old positive reviews within hours. I have screenshots to prove this as well. Most interestingly seller does not respond to the authentic negative reviews, it clearly showed that many months old positive reviews were fake and paid and after my complaint, she replied as a thanks way to these fake positive reviews, but NOT REPLIED TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS, as in my case. It clearly shows that the reply or apology of ONLY MY negative review is to apply as an ointment to stop me this fight against this company. I will not stay silent. If required, I am ready to submit all evidence to all social media to expose this fraud. The worst part is these companies only act when the water is over their head. Suddenly, they start offering a refund, not out of honesty, but just to cover their wrongdoing. Such offers are baseless & meaningless, especially when it comes after ignoring & insulting the customer. It is not responsibility, just damage control, done because they have a lot of money to throw, not values to uphold. BEWARE! Do not trust this company. Devotion and faith must never be disrespected like this. Extremely Disappointing & Deceptive Product – A Deep Betrayal of Faith I received a completely broken and poorly made radha-krishna & Buddha ji murti, clearly crafted by unskilled labor. The painting work is distorted, with colors scattered randomly, lacking any devotion or craftsmanship. Though it was marketed as being made of "marble" or "marble dust," the item feels more like fragile clay. But what’s most shocking – these sacred idols are filled with garbage like stones, soil, and mud to artificially increase the weight and create a false impression of solid material. This is not only dishonest but deeply disrespectful to the sanctity of the deity. When I called the seller, the owner — a very arrogant lady — flatly refused to accept any mistake, showing zero accountability or humility. How can one sell a sacred murti filled with waste, and still claim it to be a spiritual product? Please beware before buying — this is not only financial cheating but also spiritual deception.

Disappointing Product Quality and Poor Customer Service I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this vendor or website. I ordered a Buddha idol, and what I received had visible alignment issues, marks, and noticeable finishing flaws. I promptly reached out to their customer support, sharing both an unboxing video and detailed photos to highlight the concerns. Unfortunately, they refused to acknowledge any issues, claiming the product was part of their bulk production and met their quality standards. Despite my efforts to follow up, they stopped responding to messages and ignored my calls entirely. The product quality is subpar, and the customer service is downright unprofessional.
