I had such a great experience in today's weight lifting class at Code Blue Fitness! I got amazing one-on-one coaching from Kahlil, the gym owner. We focused a lot on mind-muscle connection, moving with intention, and really dialing in my tempo - and it made such a noticeable difference in my form and confidence. I've been coming to Code Blue Fitness for a few months now, and this is truly one of my favorite classes. Every session feels purposeful, challenging, and supportive. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their lifting technique and get stronger in a thoughtful, intentional way! 💪🏼✨
