brand new equipment, nice staff BUT who ever designed the plans for this space is incompetent at best, the ceilings are not high enough, the A/C units are way too loud and there is absolutely no sound insulation anywhere... Read more

brand new equipment, nice staff BUT who ever designed the plans for this space is incompetent at best, the ceilings are not high enough, the A/C units are way too loud and there is absolutely no sound insulation anywhere on the third floor!!! At maximum level you can't ever hear your own headphones or talk to anyone... the floor near the windows is extremely shaky on the third floor and i wouldn't be surprised if a structural fault happened before long. Finally the showers are so awfully designed, it is a pure waste of space. everything soaking wet and useless... So Smartfit may be a cheap membership but it should be called DUMB Fit for design and livability.
