Ok so I only used red zone, but I loved it, instructors are great and workouts where challenging, now that I moved for college I’m missing it a lot and struggling to find anything that compares so def try it!
Awesome, friendly staff! They are always very welcoming and I always look forward to coming in for my workout. Definitely recommend this gym to everyone.
As a part of staying at the Days Inn, we were able to work out here for free. That was cool. The gym was pretty good, with equipment that all seemed to be in working order, except for one or two things that didn't really impact me. It was definitely humid in there, though it is Charleson, so that is to be expected. Not crazy about the lug heads that hang out in this sort of place, but what can you do.
It's an ok gym, a little small for the $20 guest pass. With no free trial that's expensive. Several of the area hotels do get you a 50% discount. But if you want to get a lift in downtown this seems to be the only place.
Lacks a lot of equipment. Could use a deep clean... in addition these guys are never open. Easily could be a 24 hour gym but they close at 4 and 6 instead .
