A decent gym with friendly environment and trainers , They have really good equipments.
A disciplined and well equipped gym and good instructors. It's been only 8 months that I have joined but the results are really satisfying in this short duration. Thank you all the trainers of Live strong gym. Thank you for guiding me, inspiring me.
This is a small gym (one big hall/ one floor of the building) with all the equipment one needs... Except an elliptical cross trainer, (sigh). Otherwise, the two instructors guide you very well, and always teaches you how to activate the right muscle groups. The gym boasts around 200 monthly users and they take attendace. The prices are quite low for all the support and equipment (and new music) you get. 10/10 would recommend.
Latest equipments with cleanliness. Good Unisex gym
I was told to do 40 squads and a large number of steps on a first day as a beginner..so to me the trainer doesn't seem to be a professional
LiveStrong Fitness Studio holds 4.4 out of 5 across 69 Google reviews. Read a few of them rather than the average alone, since a single score hides whether people are praising the equipment or the staff.
