Scummy in their financial management. During the summer they didn't inform about my payment to the debt collecting company, so while away from home, I got 3 reminders about bills I've paid to them already. I almost got marking on my credit due to their careless financial management. What's more they didn't take the responsibility, so I had to pay the collecting agency for the reminders and penalties. Disgrace.
