Great box for a drop-in. Website is translated in English, and you can book online. Coach was very careful and made sure I get everything (in English) before switching back to Japanese. Thanks for the good workout !

My husband and I dropped into Reebok Crossfit Roppongi on our last day in Tokyo, and I'm so glad we did. We reserved our space ahead of time online, and when we showed up in the morning, they knew exactly who we were and they were ready with all the waivers and usual registration stuff. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The coach made sure to introduce us to everyone and made us feel like we were part of the group. They break their workouts into two tracks: performance and fitness. It's the first time I've seen something like that at a gym, and I think it's a brilliant idea. It allows you to choose the type of intensity you want that day, and you know that you're still going to get a good workout either way. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a friendly community and a challenging workout.

Thank you Crossfit Roppongi! I dropped in here last minute while traveling and had the best time. No hassle to drop in, the workout was really hard and fun, and the coach was really great. Definitely would recommend!

Great space to work out if you are spending a few days in Tokyo, it's easy to book a drop in via the website and classes start at 6:45 then you are ready for the rest of the day!
