Modern and full of day light facilities. Good for kids to learn swimming as well.

Use only for squash courts. Could be in better condition and a bit cheaper. Nearly 20 EUR per hour.

No swimming for our boy because no life guard. But we pay for the service. Changed our plans on Saturday to come here. That's not how it works. We have to be informed!

To be a place in greater Lisbon where many members are ex-pats, I find it strange that classes are held only in Portuguese. I have asked the teacher if she could speak more English in order to explain exercises, but she says no. Also, upon asking if the PTs can make specific training programs, I also get a no. They do not offer this service, only to follow you around to the different machines. Then I wonder what kind of gym this is. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Staff not very welcoming and service minded. Worst gym I have been to so far. The entry is only valid for the main building and cannot be used to book tennis or padel outside.
