Last year I ruptured my Achellis tendon and went to FysioFit for my rehabilitation. I worked with Goos twice a week for 12 months. He was exceptional! He put together a plan we could follow together in the gym, he gave me exercises to do at home, he helped me get over mental blocks like running or jumping for the first time, and even put together tests to test my progression over time. Initially I thought going to physio was going to be a drag, but Goos’ challenging approach, fun facts about injuries and treatments, and personal approach made it a joy to come to the office every week. I’ve since recommended this physio to friends and family. Those who went had an equally positive experience. The one area for improvement is that during rush hour, the gym machines can get a little busy, but if you like a morning workout you can avoid this by picking the early sessions.
Went here for my jumper knees that I couldn’t get rid off. Great expertise, great rehab and overall just a great place to be trusted with your injuries. Besides that, Bobby, the guy at the reception is the nicest man you’ll ever meet!
What a great treatment by Marc. I came by after hurting my ankle in a trail run (literally had 2 ankles). The way Marc handled it including echo and right advice made it that I was out of the running paths only for 2 weeks and even managed to run the half marathon as planned. Fysio-Fit Utrecht is more than recommended, counting with a very capable group of professionals. In my case I was under the very good hands of Marc van den Ouweland, very professional, friendly, empathic and focused on the recovery of his patients. So in a nutshell, more than happy with the attention and professionalism. Again, highly recommended.
I contacted this clinic by phone and message explaining clearly that I was looking for manual therapy, not general physiotherapy. I already have a physiotherapist, and she specifically advised me to combine it with manual therapy for my ongoing back issue. However, when I arrived, I was examined by a physiotherapist despite my request, even though on their website my appointment was with a manual therapist. I left feeling disappointed and that I paid €55 for something completely unrelated to what I needed or asked for. This was unfortunately a waste of time and money for me.
