TMS SASAKI is not a gym. It's a repair business, and it belongs in a gym directory about as much as a plumber belongs in a restaurant guide.
The company's own registered business name says exactly what it does. Translated, it advertises on-site repair of hydraulic machines, wire cables, and training machines across Tokyo. The Japanese term used is shutchou shuuri, meaning dispatch or on-site repair, where the technician comes to you.
So if you found this listing hoping to work out, you're in the wrong place. If you run a gym in Tokyo and a cable stack has snapped, you may have just found something useful.
What They Actually Do
Fitness equipment repair is a real and fairly specialized trade in Japan. It covers replacing and fabricating steel cables on selectorized machines, servicing hydraulic cylinders, and general mechanical repair of training equipment.
The single review on record, left by a customer, praises the quality of their skill on a dispatch job and specifically mentions cable work, noting that few companies offer wire services at all. That review is entirely consistent with a repair vendor and entirely inconsistent with a gym.
Why This Listing Exists
Google Maps categorized this business under a sports activity type, and gym directories that ingest map data inherit the mistake. It happens more often than you'd think, particularly with businesses whose names contain words like training or machine.
