2年位前から通っています。ピラティスはやっている所を横から見ている限りでは、ものすっ～ご～く地味で「本当に運動しているの？」って感じなのですが、けっこう「うぇ‼」ってなるぐらいハードです。機械があればお試しをお薦めします。こちらのスタジオでも体験やってるので興味があれば連絡してみては？

One of instructors named Umi was super mean and rude. I had a really bad experience here in Sannomiya. I went here when I was working in Japan as a nurse. Japanese is a second language, so I still had trouble understanding the Pilates's positions in Japanese(even though I had done Palates for 7 yrs.) Umi was just explaining positions with words without showing them. After her class, I asked to get refund, and she just answered me "why did you come here?" in a rude way. As if I was not welcome here."やっぱり日本語が難しくてピラティスに集中出来ないです"と言いお客さんに"何しに来たの？日本語学びに来たの？ピラティスしに来たでしょ？"と言い返すインストラクターがいる所。"あんたの教え方が下手くそでやりたくないわ"と正直言い返した方が良かった、、悔しい😝 강사쓰레기임..가지마세요 여기..ㅋㅋㅋ
