2年位前から通っています。ピラティスはやっている所を横から見ている限りでは、ものすっ～ご～く地味で「本当に運動しているの？」って感じなのですが、けっこう「うぇ‼」ってなるぐらいハードです。機械があればお試しをお薦めします。こちらのスタジオでも体験やってるので興味があれば連絡してみては？
