I just joined Fitness trend, and my first experience has been great. Prakash is a professional and calm trainer who explains everything clearly from the beginner level. He provides proper guidance and makes sure you understand the exercises correctly.
It’s my first time going to a gym, but at this place I never felt like a beginner. From day one, the atmosphere has been very friendly, positive, and motivating. The personal trainer is extremely professional, patient, and supportive, and explains each and every exercise very clearly, which builds a lot of confidence. The diet and nutrition guidance provided is practical, healthy, and easy to follow, which really helps in achieving fitness goals. The gym is well-equipped and everything is maintained very clean and hygienic. Overall, it’s a great place to work out, especially for beginners as well as regular gym. The trainers make sure everyone feels comfortable and guided properly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive and professional gym environment!

Most of the reviews seem forced, so I wouldn’t rely on them. Honestly, this has been one of the worst gyms I’ve experienced in Bangalore. The equipment doesn’t look like it has been cleaned properly for weeks, even though they claim it’s cleaned daily — you can actually see dust on it. There’s also no proper dress code, and some people work out without shoes, which makes the place smell unpleasant at times. The washroom situation was also disappointing; after my workout, I went to wash my hands and face, and there was a strong bad smell, plus no water coming from the tap, which was frustrating. When I mentioned it to the trainer, it didn’t seem to be taken seriously, and nothing improved the next day either. Hygiene overall could definitely be better, especially cleaning benches after use considering the membership cost. As for guidance, the trainer didn’t seem very knowledgeable and mostly followed a generic chart without much explanation. Overall, I’d suggest checking other options before joining so you don’t end up wasting your money or time

Because of all this, I’d suggest exploring other gyms before joining, and honestly, the reviews online don’t seem very reliable either
