Been going to the gym a here a few months now, my bingo wings are diminishing but most importantly I feel a lot better! The team here are so friendly and I got lots of good tips from Jo. I'm more a swimmer than a gym person but the vibe here is so friendly and chill it's as good as. Great facilities too, I never queue for any of the equipment and lots to choose from.

We visit the Centurion restaurant fairly regularly, mostly for Sunday lunches but also for family occasions when there may be a dozen of us. The food is always of a high standard with plenty of choice for all diets and the service is extremely friendly and professional. Well worth a visit.
