Excellent local gym with all the equipment I need to effectively train. Friendly staff with Chris in the gym a star, always so welcoming and offers great advice. Been a member since it opened. 3G pitches for football also very good.

The facilities here are great but the staff could be a little bit friendlier. Also we now pay per person when playing badminton, we used to pay per court. I appreciate that if we have six players then that is our problem but it does mean that we don't all get a full game. So we now book two courts as we are paying per person anyway. If only 4 of us turn up then the other court is empty which seems counter productive.
It’s a gym, you can work out at this gym. You can’t however do legs! Leg days isn’t a thing here as they literally only have the horizontal leg press machine. If you into cardio then yes…..amazing. If you want to lift weights or have a serious workout…..not so much. 1 month later: there is more leg equipment, but overall the experience is still poor. I have my gym bag…..sorry due to health and safety you not allowed bags on the floor…..like where do I keep my stuff? Do they have rope attachment…..nope not one….there goes the tricep training…..sure I can use the V handle, but it doesn’t work the triceps. It’s like this gym tries really hard…..to fail!
Booked the below, nowhere does it mention it is only cost for 1 player. It is hilarious as there is no option to update adults which wouls indicate you. We were a family of 4 and had to pay for remaining 3 as the booking was not refundable when I asked at the reception. Paid 24 quid as a family. Usually for the price per person you can do 2 hours of mix plays in other facilities. Would not recommend!!!!
