I've been training at Kairos for a while now, and honestly, it's a place I highly recommend. The best thing about it is the balance they strike between serious training and a fun, motivating atmosphere. You work hard, but with a great vibe, and that makes you want to come back! They're very attentive: if you have any discomfort or are feeling unwell, they adapt the training without any problem so you can keep progressing without pushing yourself too hard. Adrián and Erico know what they're doing and prioritize training well and safely. Availability is another plus: they have many time slots during the week and are also open Saturday mornings, so it's very easy to fit in your sessions. There's usually public parking nearby, and if not, there are covered options just steps away, like near Alteza or the Supercor supermarket. In short: great training, great atmosphere, friendly service, convenient hours, central location, but with easy parking. If you're looking for a center where you can progress and enjoy training, Kairos is a sure bet 👍🏻
