Crossfitness, part of Cross House in Warsaw, shows 4.7 from 419 reviews, and its five written reviews consistently describe a genuine CrossFit box with a specific, unusual access model: no staffed reception at all, running instead on phone-based entry and email support.

A Detailed Account of How Access Actually Works

Abraham Vizcarra's review is the most thorough explanation of the unusual setup: "Very cool CrossFit gym and self-service. There is no reception, you need to open the door with your phone (account). They answer very quickly via email, gym has plenty of weights and other CrossFit equipment. They are not a lot of machines (leg curls, etc.) but it is a CrossFit gym so I guess that's fine. I haven't been to the classes but they seemed fun and I think the max capacity for the classes is 20 people." That's a specific, practical detail worth knowing directly before you visit - there's no one to greet you at a desk, and entry depends entirely on a working phone-based account system.

Independent Confirmation of the Same Access Model

Eduardo Martinez's review confirms the same unusual setup independently: "Very good atmosphere, it's clean and well equipped. Classes are great and trainers make sure you give 100%. Though there's no reception at the place, you can ask questions via email and they reply within a day." Two separate reviewers, both specifically confirming the no-reception, email-support model, is a consistent and credible account of how this gym actually operates day to day.

Years of Loyalty, Confirmed Directly

Konrad Zielonka's review adds real weight through tenure, along with a specific note about authenticity: "Great place for weightlifting workout, full of decent people, rough character of the interior and sporty spirit. I've been trained there for around three years. I wasn't paid for this comment, so come and find out by yourself, bar brother/sister." Three years of continued training, paired with his own explicit disclosure that this isn't a sponsored review, adds real credibility to his account.

Consistent, Simpler Confirmation

Belinda Pereira's review keeps things brief: "Empowering ambience, friendly staff, great music, great trainers." Maciej Kotowski's review adds a final, consistent note: "Great trainings with nice people."

What's Missing

No review states class or membership pricing. Nothing describes what happens if the phone-based entry system fails during a visit, since every account of the access model is generally positive.

Who It's Not For

Anyone who wants a staffed front desk to greet them or handle issues in person - this gym runs entirely without one, relying on phone-based entry and email support instead. Anyone looking for a broader range of standard gym machines, since at least one reviewer specifically notes limited machine variety, consistent with a CrossFit-focused format.
