Teseo | Pilates Funcional

Excellent place! The classes are very complete and dynamic. As there is a maximum of 5 people per class, it is a much more comfortable and close environment, the teachers adapt the exercises to your needs. Since I started a few months ago I have been going with Karen and it is the best 👏🏻💕

I spent many years looking for a place where I could feel comfortable, and where they could help me do the exercises in the best way. In Teseo, in addition to finding that, I also found a place where I continue to surprise myself, after a few months of class, by the diversity of exercises and how I can work many areas of the body in one class. Ari is a genius. I highly recommend ❤️

I love Theseus, the place is beautiful, super comfortable, clean and aesthetic. The classes are fun and are always different with the bed and elements, it is a place that encourages you to improve yourself while taking care of you. Ari is the best, I am ultra happy to have found this functional pilates studio (L)

I love Theseus! I've been going for almost 2 years. All classes are unique and dynamic (and with good music 😉). You gain a lot of strength and flexibility. Teacher Ari corrects and helps you, adapts the exercises for each person. There is a really nice atmosphere
