Homely. All the gear is the there and in working order. Staff are professional and polite as well as the fellow gym members. Would 100% recommend this gym to anyone. Classic old blue mountains vibe. Keep it up team.
I'm a new member. The gym has everything you need. It's really clean, the bathroom is Devine. Highly recommend LFC. They even have some old school machines. Reminds me of Riley's gym my first stomping ground 35 years ago.
Void vibe, outdated equipment but would deem this the best gym in Lithgow. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great gym with extensive range of equipment. Wonderful old building. It's 'no frills' but has incredible range of equipment, great kitchen area and shower facilities. Atmosphere can be a bit lacking but hey I'm there to workout. Also it's rarely staffed which means, practically, you're going to have to pay an extra $100 for the key fob to get in and out.
