Great gym. Slightly dated but has everything you need, a great range of free weights, resistance machines & CV machines.
Fairly simple and small decent amount of weight machines, never too busy, always playing decent music and easy to just pay as you go 😊 well suited for me!!
Gym is cheap and cheerful, has most of the kit you’d want to do a proper strength workout. However the kit definitely hasn’t been looked after in the last couple of years (probably since gym went automated). Barbells are bent where they’ve been left with weights on, mirrors are mostly cracked, hack squat is lopsided (again where it’s been left with weights on). My advice to the owner: Kick out or suspend the meatheads that don’t rerack their weights, or just make sure the equipment is all put away at the end of the day.
Went here a few times as pay as you go. £5 a day. Basic equipment, but enough to train every muscle part. Be warned there are no toilets so go before you come down.
