It's been one month since I joined this gym. I always feel comfortable at the gym to complete workout. The gym environment makes me feel motivated to achieve my goals. Above all I specially want to thak my trainer and brother Sreedhar for providing me person training. I learnt many workout techniques under his guidance and he also gave many tips to avoid injuries during workout and proper diet plan.
