Optimus Health Center/ Physical therapy and Fitness Center

I’m a Silver Sneaker member, I love using the gym equipment and machines. The Nustep is my favorite and always makes me feel better when I use it, it helps me with my arthritis. The machines are clean and easy to use and they have staff members that are willing to help at all times if I need it.

It’s always a delight as soon as you walk into the building. The staff is always so helpful, things are always so neat and orderly. The owners are two of the kindest people you will meet. The bathrooms here are spotless and smell so good. The gym equipment is some of the nicest equipment I’ve worked out on, and they always update equipment when recommended. They also always have merchandise you can buy, the T-shirts are very affordable. This is the best Physical Therapy/Gym I’ve personally ever been to. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I began treatment on September 2nd at Optimus Physical Therapy. I had complete knee replacement two years ago. Since the surgery, I have been struggling to even walk. Dr. Mila Pacia saw me the first day and noticed my kneecap had not been moving. After she used the Myofascial Manipulation on my knee that day I was able to walk with no pain. I am continuing with PT to further strengthen my legs and have successfully been able to exercise ad lift weights as part of my treatment.

I am Home! Two years of attempting to find a solution to be able to walk after an accident... 3 sessions with Mila Pacia PT DPT and her Myofascial manipulation technic and the shock wave.. I was actually walking better!
