Effektives und sehr anspruchsvolles Training. Mieke hat das Team sehr gut im Blick hinsichtlich ordentlicher Ausführung und gegebenfalls Korrekturmöglichkeit. Weiß zu motivieren und anzuspornen. Training macht riesig Spaß und es ist eine tolle Gemeinschaft!
Exercise in sunshine, but also in wind and rain. That's what outdoor sports should be like. Great and varied training, a fantastic trainer, and wonderful participants! I would recommend it to everyone!!! It's simply fun and challenging.
