I've been going to Body Fusion for about 6 months now. I love it! Initially, I was skeptical, but after a free trial I was convinced. What an intense workout! Between the ARX and the Carol bike, you're feeling it when you leave. Red light therapy, bio-charging, and oxygen help a lot with recovery, though. Reach out to John or Marina and give it a shot!

John and Marina provide one-on-one training in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. In addition to state of the art ARX machines, Body Fusion offers a full complement of wellness and recovery systems. Oxygen training, saunas, biofeedback, and much, much more. Even better, their new location on Elm Street has tons of off street parking.
