As someone who often feels anxious about going to work out, FFC Boystown's supportive and relaxed environment is refreshing and comforting. The staff is wonderful and personal trainers are great. Working with Tony G. (trainer) has been so helpful in learning what exercises to do, how often to work out, encouraging me to strive for better health and so much more. The locker rooms and equipment are nice and clean, spa is great and classes are fun/diverse/at convenient times.
Fantastic facilities and people. I feel like I joined a supportive club community rather than just paying for some sweaty pieces of equipment. You really feel like you're part of something exclusive belonging to FFC
I really like all the FFCs they are always cleaning and the equipment is in good shape but I gotta say THE LIGHTING IN THE MIND BODY STUDIO IS TERRIBLE please I'm begging you can you put better lighting in there? Very distracting to do yoga with fluorescent office lighting covered in blue paper... other than that, this place is great!
Decent selection of equipment, and very clean. The training staff is hit and miss. Some are great some are idiots - like instructing members to do bicep curls in squat racks. Good thing those trainers are pretty, because they aren't the brightest
My jacket with keys inside the pocket got stolen in the locker room. I have reached out to three staff to see if they could take a look at the security camera. They promised me they will take a look and let me know regardless whether they found anything. One month passed, not a single word from them. I understand it's a slim chance to get my jacket back, but their lack of attempting to help is really disappointing.
