July 4, 2026 (Sat) I used the gym. I took off my shoes at the entrance, bought a ticket from the vending machine, and handed it to the reception. I changed in the changing room on the B1 floor (shared with the gymnasium), and the gym is on the 2nd floor. It's not very spacious, but it was clean, and the users were well-mannered, making for a pleasant workout.
Don't come, friends. The group of Japanese people who took numbers at 4 PM had already filled up by 2:30 PM, and some even cut in line. That old lady downstairs was probably thinking about the Japanese too 🤣👎
😡I have a major complaint about the individual badminton use on Friday nights‼️❗️ First of all, the operation is extremely inefficient. People start lining up near the entrance around 3 PM, and can only enter the building at 4 PM. Even after entering, you have to wait your turn in the waiting area on the right side of the building, and you can barely leave that spot during that time. You can actually play on the basement courts around 6 PM. 🏸 In other words, you are held captive for over 3 hours just to play. ⏰ I've used gymnasiums all over Japan, but this is the first time I've encountered such operation. ❗️Furthermore, the problem lies with the elderly female staff member in charge of the basement courts. 👵🏼⚠️ I've used the facility many times, and I've been unfairly reprimanded and scolded in a harsh tone. 🗣️When I asked questions, I was met with an intimidating attitude, which was extremely unpleasant. This is not the kind of behavior you'd expect from someone in a position to support users. ❌ Furthermore, I have a strong sense of unease regarding the treatment of foreign users. Almost every time, I'm assigned to a court on the edge or a less desirable spot, which is close to the second-floor spectator seating, making it difficult to play as the shuttlecock tends to fly upwards. 🤦♂️ And I'm not the only one with this complaint. Looking at the reviews, several users have written similar complaints about the attitude of this elderly female staff member. Having actually used the facility myself, I understand their point. The facility and courts themselves are not bad. That's precisely why it's so disappointing that the arrogant attitude of one staff member is ruining the overall impression of the gymnasium. 😔 I hope that the environment will be one where users can enjoy sports comfortably. I strongly urge improvement.
My money was wasted. While I was playing volleyball, some weird old man with white hair lectured me and kicked me out of the gym because I wasn't wearing shorts. When I checked with the staff, they said it was perfectly fine to wear long pants. There were no dress code rules on the website, and the reception staff didn't say anything either. He let me practice normally for the first 15 minutes, but then he suddenly got angry, so when I said, "I wasn't told that I had to wear shorts...", he said, "Shut up, you in long pants, go home." And all I got was a lecture, my personal information and 200 yen stolen, and an unpleasant experience. By the way, the old man with white hair who lectured me was wearing long pants.
