Hej Jag har varit hos Actic Halmstad flygstaden för att ställa bara en fråga. En av dina kollegor som heter Anika har behandlat mig som dumt för att jag kunde inte så mycket svenska " frågan : varför drar ni mer pengar denna månaden " Så Jag har nu avslutat min abonnemang hos Actic den 31e juli. What happened to Actic Flygstaden and the 24/7 opening hours? Last night in the gym at approximately 12:15am (00:15 hours) the lights went out and the gym was in darkness! I had to use my mobile phone to light the way to my locker to remove the items I had brought with me when I changed to train. I know electricity prices have gone up exponentially but I signed up to a gym which is advertised as 24/7 with opening times that never close for members. Now the gym is closed from midnight until 5am. That's not 24/7 and the opening hours advertised must be changed as soon as possible. To add, I never received an email notification that this would happen and this is another poorly thought through change at Actic. It's not the gym I joined and is fast becoming a gym I don't want to train at anymore. This would have been a one-star review but for the staff at Flygstaden who are always helpful, courteous and kind. However, this doesn't apply to Actic as a company who really don't understand nor care about customer service.
The gym is unfortunately very poorly equipped. Many important machines for bodybuilding are missing, and the machines that are already there are too old. Some machines are completely unnecessary and just take up space. There is also a lot of training equipment missing. The gym is not good for bodybuilding. It is more suitable for people who train as a hobby or just want to get some exercise. Otherwise, the gym is close, has free parking and a nice view.
