Really well equipped gym with all the latest high tech cardio machines. Everywhere was really clean with friendly staff on the desk. Good size free weight rooms and boxing area.
The club has a great atmosphere.. always clean and very helpful and cheerful staff! The team do a great job instructing and encouraging me to do better, the motivation board in the cardio room is a great touch.
I was so nervous to go the gym but Jess made me feel comfortable I felt so welcomed I like that it’s a smaller gym means it’s not as busy which suits me I joined as a member today after being able to do a free trial which was great everyone was very lovely
Staff and facilities generally great. Nice bunch of trainers. However having paid for access to the pool at all times it seems that at least a few hours every day its closed for childrens swim lessons and lately at least once a week the pool is closed all day because one of the kids has had "an incident" in the water. This wasn't mentioned when we signed up.
Do not sign up to this gym on a ‘special offer’! They use a third party company called Debit Finance Collections, who have a 1 star Trustpilot rating and are trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of people who want to cancel. Once you sign up you cannot cancel for 3 years without paying a huge amount of money and it may be legal (just) but it is totally immoral. They have also told me different amounts on the phone that I have to pay to quit, saying that the previous customer service agents ‘miscalculated’ and seem to be pulling increasing £ numbers out of thin air. This is a seriously dodgy company and should be avoided at all costs. Juvenate should not be collaborating with these scammers.
