I had an amazing experience at the cycling class! Dalia, the instructor, was incredible! full of great energy and super motivating. It was my first time, and the team made me feel so welcome, helping me get set up and comfortable. As a sweet bonus, they even gave me some goodies with a thoughtful thank-you note. Highly recommend!

I dropped in for the 24.2 Open workout Friday Night Lights last minute and luckily they were able to fit me in to one of their early heats. EVERYONE was super welcoming and nice. I have been to a few Crossfit gyms in a number of different states and this one was by far the most welcoming. The workout area is not huge, but they have everything you need and all of the equipment is in great shape. My judge Bobby was awesome. If I lived in the area, this would be my club of choice. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again. Thanks for a welcoming environment and all the encouragement throughout the workout.

I had done CrossFit a long time ago and ended up taking a break for a while, I was ready to get back to a gym and a friend referred me here. Right off the bat everyone was friendly and welcoming. The coaches are extremely helpful and supportive. They take the time to address any changes needed, help individuals on form or helpful strategies and more. I’m so grateful I decided to try Tribe and was able to find a community that genuinely supports others and cheer each other on!

I have been going to Tribe for about 2 years and have been meaning to write a review for a while. Tribe has changed my life! I am so grateful for the community and coaches here! I haven't worked out in forever (probably almost a decade) let alone ever lifted weights. With 3 kids, a husband, and working full time- working out didn't seem to fit in. But my husband found Tribe and we checked it out. Crossfit is intimidating to begin with that I didn't think I would like it. But the people and coaches at Tribe have been amazing.. so welcoming and most of all NON-judgemental! No one expects you to already be the best and know everything. It takes time and work! Tribe encourages and pushes me to do the work and put in the time! My husband and I started going literally everyday! And two years later still going at least 5x a week. Tribe is HUGE with so much equipment. So Clean! I have learned so much and continue to learn from the all the coaches. One of the most important things that really helped us at Tribe is that it is so family oriented. We could not have done anything without Tribe welcoming our family. On weekends we bring our 3 kids so we can still work out. My 11 year old son even has private sessions with Coach Dustin! Tribe has been a blessing in our lives; not just physically but for our mental and family health. So grateful our kids are able to watch us take care of our Health and see how important it is to continue to take care of our bodies.
