clearly one of the best gyms in Jamaica. Express is 24 hours which is marvellous for anytime any day training. You get an access card that you use to gain entry to each location and that is real cool. The staff is always encouraging at all locations ( Kingston specifically ) and the option to get a trainer is there as well. I must say all the weights are in KG though so if you are not use to KG then you would have to look at the conversion chart that is on the walls. The back and forth might help you burn a few calories lol. There is a secured storage area and you may charge your phone while working out as well. You get access to their Wi-Fi which is super fast might I add so you can always post your progress pictures and videos. Lastly they have limited equipment and bars so you would have to be creative In hitting certain muscle groups. They use a lot of machines which may take some getting use to.
Gym is a decent size. It's inside new Kingston Business Centre. Staff is friendly, there are adequate bathrooms and showers. They also have personal trainers available and they sell protein powder. They do step class and spin class in the evenings once you sign up for membership. 10/10 would recommend if you work in new Kingston.
I would like to thank the person who answered the phone as I had a question asking how much would a day pass be. The level of ignorance in the phone call could not be called anything less than phenomenal and on top of that had some nasty words to say about me before he hung up the phone. If the owner is looking at this you may go ahead and take a listen to that conversation as it's recorded. I was going to go to the gym but I can't trust the staff at this point so I will go to another gym where I don't get such a nasty attitude although it seemed like he was trying to be professional talking from the nose. Better to get better people that don't have so much back talk for a simple question
