I go to this gym every day!! I enjoy training here! All equipments are in excellent condition. Gym Stuff is very kind and helpful! I recommend this Forbes for 100%!!!

As expected, it was crowded on a Sunday. I visited on a tour and the lunch was good. However, the bus arrived late, so the whitebait mixed rice was not that great, which was disappointing.
I've been a member since the place opened. Previously, the staff were very diligent, and the facility was incredibly clean. They were always attentive, vacuuming regularly, collecting trash, and disinfecting with alcohol. However, for the past few years, it's become a lawless mess, which is very disappointing. The part-time staff only do a little cleaning before going to the office to play on their phones... and then leave when their shift ends. I want the manager to come and see this situation for themselves! The floors are stained, the machines are broken, the ashtrays are overflowing with cigarette butts, and the dusters on the machines are covered in rust! The "out of order" sign is always there, and when I ask the staff about it, they say, "We're ordering parts from overseas..." It's been several months like this, and it's still the same...
I've been using this gym almost every weekday since it opened. When it first opened, the gym was clean, the machine selection was excellent, and the staff's cleaning was thorough – it was a perfect gym. Unfortunately, it's been about four years since it opened, and now the management has become sloppy. Two treadmills are currently unavailable, displaying a "Under Maintenance - Please Wait" message. Hasn't this been going on for over a year now?! The ceiling-mounted DAIKIN air conditioner is also malfunctioning, displaying error messages due to clogged filters and surface dust; it's not functioning properly. The small towels attached to each machine with hooks for wiping sweat are yellowed and stiff, likely because they haven't been washed. Several light bulbs in the ceiling above the recumbent bike I use are burnt out. I mentioned this to a male part-time staff member, but he seemed completely oblivious. I also asked about the air conditioner temperature several times, but he similarly ignored my concerns. Currently, only one female staff member comes in a few times a week and diligently cleans the place. To the owner: Before responding to reviews, please come and see the current situation for yourself. As a user, I hope for improvements.
