Migros Fitnesspark Puls 5

This gym is well equipped, clean, has friendly staff, but is rather small. During busy times it is almost impossible to do a workout without feeling rushed. But besides that, it is wonderful. There are ample dressing room facilities, pool, etc... As far as I know, they have classes running at certain times, group training, also smart circuit training machines. I highly recommend this gym to those not planning on wanting to gym after 17:00.

Migros owns a number of fitness properties in Switzerland, including the more budget-friendly Activ Fitness as well as the Migros Fitnessparks. Puls 5 belongs to the latter and is part of their premium offering, coming with a quite hefty price tag. Which is not unreasonable: The facilities are spacious and there are plenty of training opportunities. Showers and changing rooms are clean. However, if cardio is not what you are looking for, do not expect massive amounts of free weights. The two power racks are frequently occupied for a long time and the benches share a similar fate. So be prepared to wait or bite the bullet and hop on a cross trainer.
