Para mim o melhor ginásio em Setúbal. Farto de confusão, "mólhada" e ser apenas um número. Aqui , preocupam-se comigo e sinto-me em casa. Não tem o melhor balneário, nem as máquinas mais modernas, mas tem sem sombra de dúvidas, os melhores profissionais e o melhor ambiente para treinar...convivendo!!!! Parabéns!!!
O local ideal para quem pretende treinar num ambiente personalizado, acolhedor e familiar. O típico ginásio de bairro com uma equipa bastante profissional, atividades diversificadas, tanto indoor como outdoor, onde a relação com o cliente e a preocupação com a sua evolução e satisfação são as prioridades. Ginásio onde cada cliente é tratado de forma individual, de acordo com os seus objetivos, motivações, handicaps. Recomendo...5 estrelas!!!

Full of energy! New place, big and just busy enough. Set on the ground floor of an apartment building- its size can be underestimated from the front door. New and clean with workout rooms, spinning, pilates and a bunch of new type exercises that the owner Rui Barbosa offers his clients. I like the energy of the place, it´s big enough to exercise and not get crowded out and you hear the classes going on. I like to hear the spin classes going on (this particular spin class is held in the dark with club music, which makes it more like a rave). Also, they have a small cafe with all organic, fresh food at good prices. Young and diverse clients.
