Great value for money gym located just off the spider Island in Derby. The studios are huge and have a great atmosphere when the classes are busy. The gym is also well equipmented and have lots of functional equipment. The charging rooms have a nice little sauna inside, useful after a workout. Car park can be busy, especially on market days.

Spacious gym, staff are present amd approachable. Lovely studio area and a lot of equipment to choose from. Will definitely visit again when next in Derby.

A great gym, especially for the price! It’s massive space with excellent ventilation. EVERYTHING WORKS and there’s multiples of most of the equipment. The studio is also huge and there’s plenty of Parking space. You’ll need to bring a padlock for the lockers and there’s a vending machine with a few drinks. Loving the Sauna, it’s honestly the icing on the cake.

TIn Derby they started saving on air conditioning which is turned on at the absolute minimum. This causes you to immediately feel the stench of sweat, stuffiness, and not fresh air after entering the gym, which makes you feel nauseous and makes you want to vomit. I do not recommend joining this gym, especially during the summer months.
