I am so impressed with the staff. I called the number of this branch though i am in Pietermaritzburg, they assisted me with grace. I've never experienced people who are willing to help this much. wooow.
The gym is but I can't say much about it coz it was my first time and I didn't have enough time to see much and take photos or some videos
Place got potential for being better, but management is really terrible. Nothing gets fixed. You get equipment that's been a year not working . Even both water fountains are not working. Bath rooms are even worse because you always find water running on the floor.
Worst gym experience. Very poor management. They don't respond to calls. Make it impossible to cancel as they continue billing you. Ripp off. Manager does nothing to assist. Does not take calls. Unhygienic and stinks. Overcrowded. You have to wait forever to use the machines. Im still trying to stop payment with no effect. They are liars and fraudulent.
Absolutely pathetic! Unhygienic, not maintained at all and overcrowded. Cancellation terms were misrepresented to me and when I did give my cancellation notice , they never sent me the form but continued to take out money for months claiming that because I did not formally sign the form ( which they failed to send me ) , my membership was not cancelled. Poor and utterly disappointing management from Craig and his Staff. I would discourage anyone willing to sign up with Gym Company Musgrave.
