Ja, która nie należę do rannych ptaszków, wstaję w środy o 6 rano, żeby z uśmiechem tu przyjechać ! Chyba nie muszę nic więcej dodawać ! 😃🥰

Thanks, Mariusz and Kamilo, for another beautiful installment of your Tai Chi Studio. Discovering movement and yourself through it is a wonderful adventure, and I recommend it to everyone 🤍☯️🖤🙏

If anyone is interested in Tai Chi, I highly recommend it. As far as I know, this is the only place where you can learn the traditional Wudang style. A charismatic instructor. Suitable for everyone, regardless of age.

I want to share my story of how I started to train Tai Chi in this GREAT school with AMAZING teacher & why I recommend it to every person, young & old, sportsman or person who never practiced sports in life. I have been connected with sports (non-professionally) for all my life, especially related to martial arts. I practiced Wushu, Judo, Taekwondo, Sanda, Krav Maga, Systema. Additionally there were parkour, rock climbing, slackline, obstacle course races. Most of the life my motto was "Higher, Faster, Stronger" - so to be all the time in competitive mode with others & to prove myself that I CAN DO IT. Then life gave me a good lesson, how to calm down. I had injury of the knee, which followed by quite significant problems with lower back that caused me pain for 5 month. I could not train any sports anymore. Just walking. That is it. After long rehabilitation my attitude to sports changed, and I was searching for activity to stay strong, healthy and have a good positive mood all the time, not trying to prove anything to anyone. That is exactly when, with the help of the friend I found Tai Chi School Mariusz Sroczynski. The most beautiful in this school & place - it is the atmosphere of friendship, unity, family. You are stepping in not just to the gym, but to the place where all the time there is positive, lovely and unique spirit. Mariusz and other instructors are REAL TEACHERS (as it is an art to be a TRUE teacher), that are able not only to share the knowledge but also to communicate it in the way people will be happy & grateful to take it. There is a possibility to learn Yang & Wudang styles of Tai Chi (at least these ones I am learning now). Moreover, there are lots of additional topics to be learned on separate sessions like sword, sphere, short stick - these are the ones I attended, but there are much more. On top, other instructors from different countries are coming to give workshops on specific topics, and there is yearly summer camp that is concentrated place to learn a lot of new techniques. As well we meet together to celebrate Chinese New Year; to practice Tai Chi in the park during summer. But it is not all, also there is meditation practice, Qiging, Taoist philosophy and it all helps individual to calm down in current fast paced world and feel that happiness that lives inside of us. Even though lots of people (including me in the past) are thinking that Tai Chi is sort of slow morning exercise routine or gymnastics - it is not true. It is demanding physically & mentally - as it is a great mastery to be able to slow yourself down, in order to perform later on higher speeds. So if you are able to walk you can train Tai Chi. For all ages, if you trained some martial arts/sports or did not - every person will be able to find something unique, something that will change your life for better - and make you body strong, mind sharp & organized, and spirit - free! I am extremely happy to found this beautiful community of people, with whom I can train, have fun, share inspiration, and stay healthy & active. Thank you very much for all you do!
