7 months ago I met with Shane Marshall at Crossfit Leeside for a free intro class. To say I was apprehensive about another fitness program is an understatement. I had never stuck with any type of exercise so I didnâ\\\\\\\\x80\\\\\\\\x99t expect this to be any different. I was wrong! \\\\\\\\nWhat sets this place apart is that Shane and his team of coaches are as interested in your health and fitness as you are! Every day they provide a new and challenging workout, and each time you will smash it because Shane and his team, and everyone who trains there are 100% behind you. The encouragement you get in this place is unreal, you will not experience it anywhere else. And you will achieve goals that today you only dream of.\\\\\\\\nStop procrastinating. Having tried other Crossfit boxes, this is by far the best, very professional coaches, modern facilities and great fitness community, its like working out with friends. Been a member for almost a year and I've seen its had a positive impact in other areas of my life beside the the physical improvements. Highly recommended!

I joined CrossFit Leeside 3 months ago and it was the best decision I have ever made. The coaches are very knowledgeable and provide a lot of support not only during the workout but also after so you can be sure that you make progress and see results really fast. The atmosphere is super friendly too which makes it a fun place to go to! I highly recommend CrossFit Leeside to anyone!

Shane and his team are just brilliant. They will not let you rest on your laurels. Very informative and unlike standard gym classes. They put a lot emphasis on technique and actually teach you how to do maneuvers the right way. Would recommend to people of all ages, who is trying to get fit the right way.
