Has many large outdoor pools! One 50m pool for swimming, one for small children, one for children with a lot of large fountains, one very warm pool with many water vents and finally the lake, with a large floating fun-slide raft far out. And there's good food, and all of the before mentioned again indoors! And there are two huge water slides! Almost too much to describe! There's also a sand beach, multiple springboards up to ten meters, and so on. But it's VERY expensive! But people still stand in long queues to get in. I don't understand why you have to use the ticket again to get out. If it is just to collect data, I feel annoyed!

A bit expensive, but very nice place where u can relax, swim, and just have fun. Always a must visit when I am in Locarno. :)

Beautiful Location with amazing view. Have visited it 3 times this summer. However the personnel is rude and unprofessional. The place is advertised to be open until 9pm and you would expect to be able to enjoy it until then. However at 8 am they start shutting down everything . We were refused ice cream because they "had already cleaned the tools"; the cleaning lady in the washroom asked us to wait or to come back in 10 minutes as she had already washed the floor! On a different occasion , the girl at the bar rolled her eyes when I told her I had been waiting for over 5 minutes for someone to give us some drinks. She was already hosing down the place and did not care we were still sitting there. It was 8.20 pm. The youngsters working as life savers by the pools were texting on their phones and clearly annoyed making mean comments to each other about people still in the hot pool at 8.30 (I guess they thought we could not understand Italian!?) With the money we pay, they should probably train these youngsters better and teach them some manners with customers (or just manners in general).
