Amazing studio and beautiful community. Wide variety of yoga, pilates, sound, movement and special events on offer. Inclusive, knowledgeable and supportive teachers. And they have air-con! Highly recommend.
NOW Studio is a truly joyful space to be and move in. The space itself is minimal and serene, with all aspects thoughtfully curated. All the classes I have attended have been supportive and nourishing, underscored by aptly chosen themes from the facilitators for the time of year. Everyone I have interacted with has been incredibly warm and welcoming. NOW Studio meets you where you're at, and guides gently you from there.
I love this studio, it feels like a sanctuary away from the chaos of life. The teachers are all very good, they give explanations on the spiritual teachings of yoga alongside top quality teaching of the movements. Best classes I've ever been to.
Love the teachers and space at Now Studio. The early morning classes always set me up for the day by raising my serotonin levels post a strong Pilates work out. Always feel like I’m navigated through feeling like I can’t do it, to I can do it, with great instructions and motivational praise.
