Really nice gym in Piedmont, Quebec on route 117. Offers classes in areas ranging from spin to Krav Maga. trainers available for a fee. Membership is about $10 CDN a week in the summer.
Visiting from out of town and i will definitely be coming back. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I dont speak french, and they were super polite to me. Super clean, decent variety of equipment and good environment

As a volunteer for a charitable organization, I drove there a gentleman who exercises after a stoke. There's a nice café where I spent my waiting time: Nice people, pleasant atmosphere, spacious, modern and clean design, good muffins and excellent coffee. And the WiFi is reliable!
Showed up from Montreal to use the Sauna and of course the gym. The switch is missing and Sauna not working, when I asked I was as told yes we know since yesterday but they dont have the time to do it, it is a 30 sec job to put a $0.50 switch. Please see photo attached
