I've been a member here since they opened over two years ago and love it. The coaches, sales associates, and members are all great. The workouts are challenging and different from day to day, there are fun activities from month to month, and the coaches and members make the workouts fly by!

OrangeTheory member for 4+ years now. Two years at this location and previously a member at another location. The Assembly Row coaches are not as motivating and personable as coaches at other locations I was a member of. Most classes are also 3G at Assembly location despite not being full enough for a true 3G class on a regular basis. This is extremely frustrating as a member who joined years ago based on the original 2G group classes... Other locations have significantly more 2G classes than Assembly. I've also not been allowed in with their new "5 minute late" policy, yet I've been in class when people have come in 10 minutes late. I love OTF, but this location is far from the best.
