This gym isn’t not at all gold standard. They have very limited attachments which are the old school ones. Neither they have steppers nor ample of space to accommodate the people . Most of the staff members are very cheap like the person at the front desk who is seriously lacking etiquette’s. They don’t have curtains in front glass where cardio equipment’s are placed hence if you are visiting the place in afternoon be ready to do cardio in harsh sunlight . Overall this gym is a place which is just messing the image of the multinational golds gym chain .
