I come here every-time I’m in Bogota. The service is incredible every time; everyone at reception is friendly and helpful. The gym floor itself is clean and you constantly see cleaning ladies wiping machines/ matts. Soemthing I never see back in my London gym! The only downside is how busy it can get. 7-8 am peak time is rough but other than that really enjoy going here
I got sick for a few months and had a doctors note about my condition and they wouldn’t give me more credit. So I’m going somewhere else now that I feel better.
One of the most expensive gyms in the city only to be bombarded with ads in the weight room walls, sound system, and even the locker room mirrors. The weight room is well equipped but the steam/sauna room hours are very limited and they don’t even offer towel service. My gym in FiDi NYC costs the same *in Manhattan* and had towel service, no ads, and was well equipped. I feel scammed by this place but have very little options since it’s closest to my workplace.
Don't do it. Dirty gym, mediocre service. They changed the plan's pause rules in the middle of my membership. Look for other gyms in the area—newer, with better equipment, better service, and better staff. Not to mention that two people have been murdered outside in recent years.
