Best well rounded work out. Strengthening, toning and stretching. Customized to the individual. Challenging but not overwhelming. Kim's knowlege of physiology/anatomy paired w/ her pilates training is amazing. I really love when she explains how, why and the what of the particular area we are working on. I feel every personal goal I set, Kim takes it on as well.
