Welcoming, positive vibes gym with both experienced members and those new to strength training. Being in the latter category, I’ve appreciated the coaching support and scaling of workouts to fit my current abilities. 🏋️♀️ Nice variety of classes each weekday.

Tim is a fantastic coach, and Elevate is a beautifully immaculate gym. We dropped in for 3 workouts over 3 days whilst on holiday in Dunedin, 2 of us experienced crossfitters and 1 newbie. Tim spent time with all of us, providing structured and valuable advice and assistance. We were lucky enough to be there for the end of year party too - such a welcoming and friendly gym, we thoroughly enjoyed 💕

Highly recommended! My friend and I did a drop in and had one of the best class. Super Friendly and great vibe. Coach Zoe was super cool. Tim was really helpful booking us in with a simple text message one day before. As I visited Dunedin from overseas, and has trouble in international banking, Tim asked me not to be stressful and free of charge! Not just a class but made friends here as well.
