What a hidden gem, that all women of Newcastle ought to know about! Curves is a supportive, fun, effective women's circuit and stretching gym. All positive things to say here. If you want to lose weight or maintain strength and prefer to excersize only around other women then this is the place to be. At first the opening hours may seem strange but they work.and u soon get used to that when u schedule in your weekly Curves workouts. A credit to the community this business run by Judd and her friendly staff.
