I've been going to Artur's training for a while now, and he really gets the job done. The workouts are focused, but not rushed. They're relaxed, yet everything makes sense and is supervised. Artur pays attention to technique and doesn't let you do things haphazardly, which is a big plus for me. I also really like that he meticulously records the weights and reps, and monitors your progress, so the workouts aren't haphazard. You can see there's a plan and that you're making progress week after week. It's also great that it's not your typical gym. There are no crowds, no waiting for equipment, and you can easily complete the entire workout exactly as you want. It's just a pleasure to go there and you want to come back.

I highly recommend training with Artur. I like the professionalism and focus, but without the rigid atmosphere. Artur pays attention to technique, constantly corrects, and it's clear he truly cares that the exercises are meaningful and not forced. The studio itself is also a big plus. It's intimate, without crowds, and there's no waiting for equipment. You can just show up, do your workout, and focus on what you're doing. For me, it's much better than a traditional gym, especially if you want to work out with a trainer and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of personal training at this intimate studio and found the experience very positive. My namesake trainer, Alicja, deserves special mention. She is a person with extensive knowledge, passion, and commitment. Her approach is completely professional, yet very attentive and personalized. The training was tailored to my abilities and needs, and all the exercises were thoroughly explained and adjusted. The entire experience took place in a wonderful, motivating atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, professional support, and training delivered with true passion.
