Lisa and Ian are amazing x
Five stars for a five star experience! Having been attending gyms and working with personal trainers for the past 20 years, I can say without a doubt that Lisa is the best trainer I have ever had. She has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the world of exercise and always has five different ways to achieve the same outcome - this is useful with someone who hates lots of different exercises. She is endlessly patient and very happy to work with someone like me who keeps telling her how much I hate exercise! Great experience every time.
Best gym around
The best gym I have every belonged to! Lisa is a great teacher and it has a lovely atmosphere and a fab variety of classes.
Pilates - great class
