Loving my days at gyn, Lisa and Lolo are the best personal trainers ever. There’s a welcoming atmosphere and also no judgement at all. Highly recommend them :)
Ive been doing PT with Lisa, she is amazing. She really knows her stuff. Great at motivating you when you are tired or feel like you can't do anymore. She is so accommodating when it comes to PT times, as a mam of 3 things can unexpectedly change and she always did her best to sort me out. I really enjoy my sessions. The classes are amazing aswell. Everyone in the gym is so friendly, there's a lovely atmosphere the minute you step in the door.
I have been attending for over a year now and I love it. Lisa and Lolo are brilliant at what they do, they are so passionate about fitness, no two classes are ever the same. They regularly ask for feedback to ensure they are delivering the best service possible. There is always a great atmosphere at the gym. I feel so lucky to have found it.
Absolutely love this gym! Lisa,Lolo & Brian always make the class so enjoyable, no two classes are the same. They work with you individually to push you to the limit, knowing what you are capable of and always so encouraging, yet, keeping an eye on, to make sure you ain’t slacking! Love my gym buddies, it’s the one time during the day, i completely switch off and think of nothing else! Highly recommend BMI for both your mental and physical health! I wouldn’t go anywhere else 👌👌
If you need loose weight , get stronger and get better muscle definition , get more self confidence - this is the best gym for you . Best coaches , best sports atmosphere and friendly people around. Highly recommend.
