What more can you ask for in a gym? This facility has any piece of equipment you can imagine, it has 24 hour access and as a busy parent I can't express how much that has helped me to accomplish my goals. The owner is super friendly too. The facility is clean and even at the peak times you can still go in and not wait for equipment. Couldn't be happier!

The Strongest, Best Gym in New England... This gym has the best vibes and best equipment of any gym I have ever been to. I was introduced to Lightning by a friend when I moved to the area, and I can thank this community enough for helping me make great friends as well as finding a comfortable place in a new area. Cannot recommend Lightning enough!

I've been coming here for almost a year now, and it's been nothing short of a 10/10 experience. As someone who was new to the gym, the community and overall environment made it easy to stay motivated and consistent. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the energy pushes you to improve every time you walk in. Lighting has some of the best and most versatile equipment you'll find anywhere in CT. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, whether you're just starting out or have been training for years.

I've been to many great gyms in my life, but there is no place like Lightning Fitness in South Windsor, CT. Not only does Lightning provide the best equipment when it comes to all things fitness, Lightning Fitness brings an environment and energy like no other. Owned by Matt Mills, Matt has created an atmosphere where everyone is accepted for who they are and is supported on their journey of fitness no matter the level. I am humbled and proud to be apart of such an awesome community. I can not recommend this facility enough!
