Best place to get fit and be healthy.I lost a lots of weight in 10 months.LOVE IT.Instructors are the best here. LOVE GOLD GYM.I love all the group classes specially the BODY PUMP :).Also support staffs are very helpful and are always smiling 😊.

It’s one one of reasons bad experiences I ever had. Paid 1 year subscription with promises of free sessions with personal trainer then I can decide if I need to have a personal trainer for further more sessions or not, But what happened is 5 months without anything plus I had to ask so many times until I got 1 session with a trainer who came 1 hour and 35 minutes late plus spent 40 minutes just too much talking to convince me to pay for a trainer. Plus I was so clear in the beginning to ask if there will be any possibility to change my membership to another branch, and the answer was yes, I changed my residency place then I tried to change my membership to another branch and the answer was it’s possible but with really ridiculous amount of money. Now I just paid for 1 year membership and went to the gym 7 times only. I depended on their trusted answers and turned out that I just wasted money for nothing, specially after I changed my address and that branch became so far from me. I don’t recommend it to anyone. They are not serious about any offers or any word they say, just trying to get as much money as they can from you.

Torn Towels, broken lockers, crowded machines and most important poor customer support. Been almost an year that I am using services of Gold Gym at Battuta gate, Mr.Yaseen who sold me membership promised me a Tshirt a part of membership and till now I have not received it. Every time I ask him he replies I don't have size available. It is not about T-shirt, its about fake promise that are been made. I have seen cleaning staff using guest towels to wipe counters and floor which have been reported but no-one took it seriously. I am finally writing this review after feeling unsatisfied with facilities available. Hope some read this review and take it seriously.
